The point of marriage is to be fruitful and multiply, producing zera’ elohim (a seed of powers) (Malachi 2:15). A man with a proven character and his pillar of support (woman) come together and create children whom they will raise up in the way. That way is to know their purpose, and fulfill their function according to their biological make-up.

Until a child reaches puberty, which is the age of accountability (around 12-13 years; sexual maturation; the physical stages leading to fertility), the parents have the mandate to spiritually cover, protect, train and guide them. Whatever consequences a child may experience, it is a direct result of the parents spiritual state, whether functional or dysfunctional. After that age, the child will now directly experience the consequences of his own actions. YHWH will deal with them directly, and not because of the parents anymore. It is assumed they they were raised in the way.

The window from birth to 12 - 13 years, is the period of time parents have to "Habituate for a child upon the mouth of His way, even that he is old he will not turn away from it.” (Prov. 22:6) This is what YHWH expects of parents when He entrusts them with His inheritance. It is a command to parents to teach your child “when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.” (The Words (Deut.) 6:7, 11:19)

A secular, government-run, institution cannot fulfill this mandate, and parents will be abdicating their responsibility if they give their child over to the world’s system to educate them. By the way, the word educate originally means to lead out; that is, to bring out the unique gifting and characteristics already in a child, something impossible to do en mass.

Yahweh’s way of training up a child hasn’t changed, it is simple and guaranteed: The book of Proverbs is the manual for child-rearing. (Prov. 13:24, 19:18, 22:15, 23:13-14, 29:17) Proverbs 29:15 tells us what happens when parents are lax in disciplining their children. On the flip side, Proverbs 29:17 tells us that when a child is restrained and shown the limits he cannot cross, then he will bring delight to your soul.

Please note, the scriptures make a clear distinction between zera’ elohim (a seed of powers) and offspring of falsehood or children of misused relationship.

Psalm 127:3-5 says “See, an inheritance/possession of YHWH are sons, a compensation/filling a void is the fruit of the womb. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the sons of the youthful ones. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they will not be ashamed, but will speak with their enemies in the gate.” This is describing children born into a blood covenant relationship, between a man and his woman/pillar of support; they are “seeds of powers”.

When children are born outside of this setup, Isaiah 57:4 describes them as “children of misused relationship, offspring of falsehood”. We cannot ignore the circumstances of a child’s birth, nor impose YHWH in those circumstances. None of us choose when, or to whom we are born, but we can choose how we will live our life.

The original command to Adam and his pillar of support: “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill all that is in relationship to the earth, and subdue it. And dominate with the fish of the sea, and with the flyers of the heavens, and with all of life, the movers upon the earth” (In Beginnings (Gen.) 1:28) was never revoked, it still applies today, especially through the victory of the second Adam (Yeshua). We as the light of the world are to fill the earth, until our light outshines the darkness that is prevailing in the world, through our posterity, and/or making disciples.

The fruit of the womb is from YHWH (Ps. 127:3-5, 128:3-4), and synonymous with children is the increase of resources. (And He called (Lev.) 26:9-10; The Words (Deut.) 28:4; Ps. 37:25) Depopulation and infertility are auxiliaries of this Babylonian system toward the end game of population control. Satan does not want us to even come close to being able to fill the void he caused in heaven, and every child born has a chance to qualify to replace him and his rebellious one-third.

YHWH provides for every new mouth He entrusts to us. Our decision to obey the Creator’s command cannot be dictated to by the world’s economic state; we are to be in the world but not of (dependent on) it. We are to expose the unfruitful works of its darkness, and to model life as YHWH of Hosts purposed.

Psalm 127:3 "See, an inheritance/possession of YHWH are sons, a compensation/filling a void is the fruit of the womb." Children are YHWH's inheritance/possession; their purpose is to compensate for and fill the void in heaven left by Satan and the messengers who rebelled with him. The responsibility is upon the parents to ensure that they qualify!
